Following the decisions of NOVA-BOVA Coordination Committee in October 2003, NOVA and BOVA secretariats are turning to a more flexible way of spreading the information inside the NOVA-BOVA network. In the previous format, NOVA-BOVA News kept us up to date with the condensed information on the latest developments. However, the compilation of the newsletter drew away time that is a deficit item at the secretariats.

Instead of the newsletter, the major latest developments can be found as hot news on the opening page of the BOVA website, http://www.bova-university.org. We kindly encourage you to periodically visit the website for �hot� events.  Every time you have something to announce, do not hesitate to e-mail your message - material will be distributed through the website.
