Department of Economics at Norwegian University of Science and Technology invites Baltic and Russian students to the doctoral course �The Resource Curse�. Deadline for applications is set to May 1, 2005.

Course will take place in June 20 - 26, 2005 in the campus of University of Science and Technology Campus Dragvoll, Trondheim, Norway. The course is targeted at PhD students in political science and in economics. Doctoral students from Baltic states and North-Western Russia are eligible for a grant covering low-price travel expenses and an additional subsistence grant of NOK 2500. No additional grant application will be required required. Note, this is not a NOVA PhD course and student should strictly follow procedure set by course organisers (see course webpage).
