NOVA PhD courses

Six NOVA PhD courses are available for Baltic PhD students with applications due in the beginning of 2004. Course organisers kindly agreed to consider Baltic applicants to their courses. Deadline for application is set to January 10, 2003 for the Baltic side. An exception was made for the course in "Forest ecology" where the deadline has been set to December 1, 2003. Two Baltic students (one Lithuanian and one Latvian) already applied to this course.
