New publication from NCM on regional cooperation

The Nordic Council of Ministers published a brochure on cross-border cooperation in the Baltic countries and with Northwest Russia regions. Brochure deals with general information on cooperation in 12 euro-regions, mainly focusing to historical issues, structure and completed projects. Despite the fact that publication does not deal with education directly, many valuable ideas could be found for BOVA or NOVA-BOVA project applications and especially those submitted to the NCM programs. It may help to project writers get better feeling of expectations from NCM.
