	Seminar in Estonia [2004-11-06 17:19:25] In autumn 2004, NOVA-BOVA network faces important organizational decisions due to changes in internal and external funding and the expanding scope of activities. To address these issues, a NOVA-BOVA working seminar took place in Parnu, Estonia, on 28-29 October 2004. Representatives of all main entities of NOVA and BOVA administration and leadership of each BOVA member university discussed the results of internal evaluation of the NOVA-BOVA cooperation in 2002-2004. 	Seminar ï¿½Erasmus for Academic Staff: Project Work and Mobilityï¿½ [2004-11-05 16:27:48] Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian Socrates National Agencies organised a joint international seminar for academic staff of Higher Education Institutions from all three Baltic countries.

BOVA veterinary education network meeting [2004-09-20 11:04:22] A meeting of the representatives of Baltic veterinary faculties took place in Tartu in September 9, 2004.

NOVA PhD courses [2004-09-06 09:37:55] Three NOVA PhD courses are available for Baltic and Russian PhD students with applications in autumn 2004. Nordic teachers kindly agreed to consider applicants to their courses. Deadline for applications is set to September 15, 2004 for the Baltic side.

NOVA UN strategy: implications for NOVA-BOVA [2004-07-12 09:52:37] NOVA Rectors, members of the Advisory Committee (KUF) and secretariat as well as leaders of NOVA networks and projects met at a working seminar in Iceland (June 2-4, 2004) in order to discuss the future cooperation in the light of the new strategy.
