Three NOVA PhD courses are available for Baltic and Russian PhD students with applications in autumn 2004. Nordic teachers kindly agreed to consider applicants to their courses. Deadline for applications is set to September 15, 2004 for the Baltic side.

Applicants are kindly asked to follow this procedure precisely in order to avoid misunderstandings in the process.
