NOVA-BOVA planning group meeting [2005-05-16 18:34:22] A NOVA-BOVA planning group, consisting of 8 people and including NOVA and BOVA Rectors met in Copenhagen on April 22, 2005. Referring to the NOVA-BOVA self-evaluation and external evaluation reports, the group addressed the ways of future cooperation between NOVA UN and BOVA. The meeting concluded a set of statements and recommendations that will be discussed at the upcoming meetings of the NOVA Rector board and the BOVA Rector board in May-June 2005. NOVA and BOVA secretariats kindly invite the member universities to discuss the evaluation reports at faculty or department level and comment on their contents.

Invitation to NOVA PhD courses [2005-05-02 13:59:13] Seven NOVA PhD courses are available for Baltic and Russian PhD students with applications in May 2005. Nordic teachers kindly agreed to consider applicants to their courses. Deadline for applications is set to May 20, 2005 for the Baltic side.

Norwegian support for Baltic countries [2005-03-23 13:16:04] Following enlargement of EU in 2004, Norway has established Norwegian Financial Mechanism to support social and economic cohesion within the enlarged EEA that is aimed to ten new Member States.
