New publication from NCM on regional cooperation [2004-11-18 10:34:11] The Nordic Council of Ministers published a brochure on cross-border cooperation in the Baltic countries and with Northwest Russia regions. Reflections from the workshop on ICT in distance learning [2004-11-11 17:26:42] A workshop on the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in distance learning was organized by the NOVA University Network in the frame of project granted from NordPlus programme. The workshop took place in Denmark, Nï¿½debo Skovskolen near Copenhagen in November 8-9, 2004.

	Seminar in Estonia [2004-11-06 17:19:25] In autumn 2004, NOVA-BOVA network faces important organizational decisions due to changes in internal and external funding and the expanding scope of activities. To address these issues, a NOVA-BOVA working seminar took place in Parnu, Estonia, on 28-29 October 2004. Representatives of all main entities of NOVA and BOVA administration and leadership of each BOVA member university discussed the results of internal evaluation of the NOVA-BOVA cooperation in 2002-2004.
