The Funding Schemes

For teachers mobility

The stay must be related to specific and integrated teaching activities, tutorial activities, or development of study materials. Nordplus does not support research activities. The stay should include at least 8 hours of teaching / working.  The amounts for the academic year 2020-2021 are available in this table.
As teacher you apply via your local BOVA coordinator.

Step 1:

If you want to use Nordplus mobility grant, you need to fill in the Teachers Mobility Contract 

Step 2 :

Please, take from host university cooordinator signed and stamped Confirmation of completed Teacher Mobility under the NORDPLUS programme.

Step 3:

When you are back home, please send your scanned copies of Teachers Mobility Contract and Confirmation to Nordplus coordinator ilona.pukjane@lbtu.lv

Step 4:

In 2 - 3 weeks you will receive your mobility grant.

Teacher Mobility Grants

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Travel Grant 45 EUR + 70 EUR per day (355 EUR per week) ( at least 8 hours of teaching)


Course organization funding

BOVA course organizator for course organization gets from BOVA University Network 1500 EUR or up to 2000 EUR(if number of participants are more then 25). To receive 1500 EUR  or up to 2000 EUR - course organizator must subbmit the BOVA course Report to BOVA secretary, when the course is already done.

Applications for all BOVA courses must be submitted by the deadlines in the open calls. The BOVA RB makes the final decision on funding of applications.


BOVA course organizators can apply as well for Nordplus fundung.
